Another one worth checking out is the Dingoo A-320. I have one and it emulates many platforms very well in linux, and sells for under $90.

I don't know if id call gamepark devices low budget. I mean GP32 I had was on par with quality of game boy advance when it came out(same time). Not to mention it had front light...Something GBA didn't have till 2003.

This new device, if it had oled screen, is anything but low budget.

 

GP32 had the worst dpad ever though. And it ate batteries. I also seem to remember that device being based off the design of an old GPS. 

The new one looks like a great device. I meant that it has no real software library of its own, so its appeal is limited. These devices are typically not as easy to use as more mainstream devices either. The fact that it's intended for emulation mean stores wouldn't want to sell it because they can't sell games to go along with it.
