Nintendo is no longer lazy, like IGN said so.

Disaster, Captain Rainbow, Tact of Magic, Zangeki no Reginleiv, FlingSmash, Xenoblade, The Last Story, Line Attack Heroes, Eco Shooter. That's a pretty decent set of new IPs, in my opinion. And this is assuming that Endless Ocean isn't counted as a new IP (it's related to the earlier title, Everblue), that Excite Truck and ExciteBots are considered to be the same IPs as ExciteBike (despite rather dramatic differences), and that neither Project HAMMER nor Cosmic Walker are ever going to make an appearance.

I wouldn't count most of those franchises in this forum because most are Japan exclusive or may not be making it to NA, Europe. Disaster was a game I was really looking forward too, but Nintendo America didn't think it was good enough to be released in NA. Captain Rainbow never made it out of Japan. Neither did the others. Endless Ocean is a new IP in my opinion but it is the only one I know of other then the Wii series to make it to NA!
