It's called ONLINE shopping, Cotsco and B.J whole sale. It's always been available at trickle cause no one really wants it (cept fans) and Euro Funds is higher than the U.S. dollar so it is always be in abundance in Europe. If you really want one and you play games you CAN find it. Enjoy.. |
Careful, don't tell that to the PS3 fans. They seemed to be opposed to facts, and will shoot you down, despite the absolute proof that PS3 has been available at amazon and many other online stores for months now.
I don't see how any logical person can possibly look at 45,000 sales a week and actually equate that to shortages. Especially when you consider that they've sold almost twice that in earlier months this year. Do people TRUELY believe that Sony just halved their supply out of the blue? Sony fans simply refuse to believe that PS3 sales are finally falling back down to earth, and will prbably still be using the shortage excuse even in August, when PS3 sales are still lagging. It immediately puts the poor PS3 sales off the hook.
If Sony IS really short on supply in the US, and only managing to ship 45,000 units in a week, then they are simply doing it on purpose. No multi billion dollar company could be somehow held back to only shipping that little consoles. And if they are, they sure won't be a serious competitor for long.
