Because The Last Story isn't Final Fantasy. Sakaguchi has said that The Last Story will not be like Final Fantasy. So yeah, all of you guys expected a FF-like game will probably be disappointed. I hope you guys can still enjoy the game for what it is and what it tries to do.
Anyways, I love the character design of that woman. She's eye candy.
