Mario Sales Bet/Prediction Thread: SMG v SMG2 and SMG2 v NSMBWii

So that means less then 7-million units for NSMBW. I also suspect that Galaxy 2 will outperform Galaxy one at least during the launch year. So I'm betting NSMBW will ship another 3-4 million units this next year which is really high but one thing Nintendo has proven is Mario has legs. But I suspect about 6-million for Galaxy 2.

So in the end I think Galaxy 2 will beat NSMBW this year from a few days ago on. I am so confident I doubled my last bet (Which I lost) double or nothing with Pyro. But to be honest I was 70% confident when I made the first bet but am 90% confident making this one.

If NSMBW does actually outsell Galaxy 2 during its launch year then wow I suck! Then again I predicted WiiFitPlus and everyone laughed at me.

but just look at how much mario kart wii sold in 2009. nsmb wii is trending more like that game, not nsmb ds.

 

also, i will bet anyone that smg2 won't outsell the first smg in it's first year.
