His argument is the one made about accessories sold for a console, rather than bundled.  In this case, such accessories historically don't do well.  In regards to Move, it is similar.  It is a new accessory that would need to have a sufficiently large base of software to count.

As far as saying, "Well developers now can develop for the PS3 along with the Wii"... well, exactly what third-party software does gangbusters for the Wii?  Remember how people say the Wii has weak third-party support?  Don't expect Nintendo to develop for Move.

Not to mention "If it doesn't work for the Wii, don't try it on Move". Even if developers DID want to work on the PS3 and Wii at the same time, more often than not, it'll be something Sony wouldn't want.
