I believe a company that has no reason to lie about its success over a gamer that obviously dislikes Sony and has an agenda to slander it. Not to mention everything they say in that video can be proven unlike a gamer who tries to recall what happened. An outside view is an opinion no matter which way you spin it, if i was in an arguement with a friend about opinions I would want an outside view, but that doesn't work when its a company that has facts to back up what they say over a person that has no source. I'm sorry if I'm coming off as rude but facts beat a person's memory anyday.
