Good for Apple. I too think that their products are worth more than they should but because people choose to buy them doesn't upset me as much as some, as a matter of fact it doesn't bother me at all.
If people choose to buy apple products it's up to them, it's their money, they work for it and they can do what the hell they want with it, what's it to do with anyone else? I don't care if everyone started buying $50,000 ipads.
Apple are now masters of how to make money from a tiny market share. Because of the iphones popularity some people think it has a huge market share, last time I checked it was less than 1.5% but accounted for ~25% of all cell phone profits, behind Nokia which has a 49% marketshare and about the same percent of profits.
If Apple eventually gets a relatively small 10%-15% of the worldwide computer sales their profits will be closer to MS if windows had the remaining 85%-90%, due to the huge margins on their hardware.
