I am guessing they will be about
Wii - 19 Million
360 - 16 Million
PS3 - 9 Million
At end of 2007
And for 2008 I think
Wii - 41 Million
360 - 23 Million
PS3 - 18 Million
So yeah it will be close, maybe right before the hoiday boosts the HD systems and before shortages take place again. PS3 will be up but no price drop means not outstanding boost. 360 will keep rolling but only in the US and without Halo launch they wont do as well in 2008.
Final* Word on Game Delays:
The game will not be any better or include more content then planned. Any commnets that say so are just PR hogwash to make you feel better for having to wait.
Delays are due to lack of proper resources, skill, or adequate planning by the developer.
Do be thankful that they have enough respect for you to delay the game and maintain its intended level of quality.
