Quality =/= reputablity,.
For example... a reputable company might sell you a crappy TV that breaks a lot... but they didn't mean to.
Or they could just offer a worse product but you feel safer with them should you get a product with problems.
People think Samsung TV's are better (and they are) however they don't think it's that way because Sony is specifically making their computers worse.
Think of it as a list of companies you trust to not rob your wallet through immoral practices.
