The YoY numbers for each console for the first 21 weeks of 2010 and 2009 are as follows:
DS: -41%
Wii: -9%
PS3: +22%
X360: -24%
PSP: -42%
As you can see there are big drops for the DS and PSP YoY. The Wii is slightly down on last years numbers and the X360 has sold almost a quarter less that last year. The PS3 is the only console to see an increase on last years numbers in others.
