Hmm your Wii collection is actually about the same size as mine currently is (I had a ton more games at one point, but I have since sold many of them.) I see you got a lot of the good ones covered already, but here are some more I might recommend:
AAA Games
Monster Hunter Tri (one of Wii's best 3rd party games, with tons of depth and exploration. Also good online system.)
Little King's Story (HIGHLY overlooked 3rd party game on Wii)
Zelda: Twilight Princess
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
Mario Galaxy 2 (Have yet to play it, but from the several reviews I have seen and read, it looks amazing)
AA Games (great games worth picking up at $20-$40 but not quite full price worthy)
Mario Strikers (very solid and addictive online system)
Warioware Smooth Moves (ESPECIALLY if you plan on playing multiplayer)
Zack and Wiki (one of the best, most creative uses of Wii's controls)
House of the Dead: Overkill
Muramasa
Dawn of Discovery (A must if you like RTS/ God games)
Super Monkey Ball: BB (actually a very fun game, packed with content. Like Wii Sports mixed with Mario Party, and a fun single player game as well)
Big Brain Academy (surprisingly fun brain game, especially when going against friends)
DS:
NSMB
Yoshi's Island DS (at least if you like the first Yoshi's Island. I'm a bit biased, because the one on SNES is one of my favorite games)
Clubhouse Games (tons of well made games in one)
Mario Kart DS (overall solid addictive game, great online)
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia
Rythm Heaven (frighteningly addictive and unique)
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl (self explanitory, it's a handheld pokemon!)
Animal Crossing DS (charming addictive sim game, that goes well with the DS features and portability)
