I want to run headphones because I get better immersion plus other people in my house dont get upset from the sounds.
Anyway, is this the same cable like the one above that disolitude linked to:

Is the right plugin the side which i put inside the X360 and the left side is into monitor?
They sell this for 300 SEK here, which is rufly $30-40.
