Best:
PC as it has the largest library and mods to boot. But assuming just consoles:
1. PS1: Advent of 3D and some of the best games and franchises were created this gen.
2. PS3: Sony's 1st party has really made some amazing games this gen.
3. SNES: Super Mario World, 'nuff said.
Worst: Probably 360. I refuse to pay to play online and most of the best games in its library I would prefer to play on PC. Not that it's bad, just the worst of a good bunch.
