Team Ico is part of SCE Japan Studios and Polyphoney Digital is part of Sonys world wide studios. Both are owned by Sony and would never go multiplat unless everyone working at the companys left, formed a new studio and created new IPs under new publishers. The only dev teams supplying games exclusive to Sony that ain't owned by them outside Japan are Eat Sleep Play and Insomniac. David Jaffe expressed how he feels about Sony recently so it wouldn't be his company. The only one would be Insomniac. Also just remember this is a guess from a man who has been wrong so many times. Even I make guesses at things sometimes and get them right. Thats all he does, guesses.
