I agree. The best graphics Wii can offer are more than enough for most, and sales prove it. I guess the point of Snake was avoiding a sloppy port, graphics scaled poorly would just be one of the aspect of doing a poor multiplat project. But the gameplay can be made very good and it's the most important thing, IMVHO, it's just that a share of FF fans like lush graphics and there's no reason to not make them happy too besides those that want good gameplay and a beautiful and well narrated story, all these things aren't mutually exclusive.
