Verses XIII is probably no longer exclusive, but it's not because we messed up by not paying the developer off, it's because everything is changing magically around us, and we can't be expected to keep up with these amazingly trying times when developers actually want some incentive for keeping a game exclusive to our console, and we're just not willing to shell out more losses for the sake of the few hundred thousand hardcore Playstation fans who actually care this game was almost exclusive in the first place.
