Its better to have people without an agenda pushing this issue than it is to have either side having anything to do with the actual act of abortion. I think something as simple as letting anyone who is having an abortion know that there are X number of people on waiting lists to adopt their child is enough to give people a chance to make an informed choice.

A bit of clarification here. Are you saying that the providers of family planning and abortion services are inherently a side of the issue and therefore should be removed from the act? I might not be understanding you here, but it seems like your saying anyone that would provide the service should be kept away from the service.

Im just saying that anyone who has an agenda in this issue should stay well away from it. That includes anyone whom you would call the pro-choice camp as much as it includes people in the pro-life camp. The medical act should be seperate from people giving any form of advice on the issue.

But that would separate it from every other medical procedure in the world. Are you suggesting that people who seek advice on abortion shouldn't be able to get it? You do acknowledge that the stigma put upon it does put it in a special camp where a lot of people are actually seeking advice on it from medical, moral, legal and other standpoints, right?

Is there a way to offer help to those seeking it without having an agenda? an agenda to help them? Or are you saying that this group, pretending to offer family planning advice to those in need, is actually pushing a "we should abort lots of babies" agenda?
