Of course some spin is going on, but the figures are legitimate. According to GfK PS3 did outsell the DS in New Zealand in November. If you suggest that SCENZ are lieing, then you'll soon hear about it as Nintendo also have access to GfK figures, and will certainly dispute them if SCENZ is wrong.
