The hate is strong here. This game would have higher review scores but lower sales on PS3 imo. Others has had a noticable decline especially in 360 sw sales but luckily the Americas, which sell around 60% of the worldwide totals lately, is yet to come. This early, partial estimate might be misleading. I won't list any of the legitimate reasons as I don't want an alleged 360 owner accusing me of 'damage control'. Hope all the haters enjoy a heaping helping of crow when this amazing game blows past a million and hits 2 LT.

Repeating the standard PS3 anti-360 exclusive bias ad nauseum doesn't change the fact we have another great game to play here in the land that glows green. The po'd pc crowd are adding to the chorus. I can understand their frustration after the promises and teasers and hope this beautiful game will eventually be seen in all it's glory. Blame it on the pirates not Remedy, M$ or me.

To those droning the 'shooterbox' meme the sales of RDR could be a very good indicator of which system sells RPGs don't you think? The PS3 has all those new owners filling out their libraries to offset the 360's rapidly shrinking hw lead, so sales should go heavily to the red, right? It will be interesting to see.

Part of the Red Dead internet frenzy is the typical reaction to any decent 360 exclusive launch I think. You want to believe RDR deserves 13 pts better on metacritic go right ahead. I know different. I'm not a big survival-horror fan and RDR will give me hundreds more hours of enjoyment but the two games are very close in production values, presentation and the obvious effort put in by two excellent dev. teams.
