No. The ps3 needs america just to keep up with the 360 let alone outsell it. I think it will fare abit better thanks to a couple of recent and upcoming fps's, seeing as america is stereotypically obsessed with fps. Games like UT3, Orange Box, Haze, and KZ2 in the near future (but we'll see how that rolls over...I dont think its going to be half as big as people think.) should help alot but only time will tell.
