And it's epic, in terms of gameplay and load times. Those loads really are ridiculous. But the game is just about worth the wait; it feels fresh - probably not 'better' than something like Mario Kart in raw gameplay and balance terms, but a good interpretation of karting. I havent yet played with the creation tools much, but they seem fun.
I have an exam tomorrow, so I won't be able to get much more out of it for a day or two, ironically, but this is a game that delivers on the hype, I think.
