They might. They certainly could, but I doubt they'll do it unless ot proves to be a more profitable solution to them than selling standalone Wiimotes and WM+ by themselves.

Anyway, the new (for the US, we in Europe have had them for ages) bundles that include WS Resort and Motion+ guarantees a large installed base for the M+ device anyway, so I wouldn't bet on seeing Nintendo release a remote with built-in M+ anytime soon.

You never know though with Nintendo.
