I checked the sales of Avatar on vgchartz.

X360 0,47 m
Wii 0,40 m
PSP 0,24 m
DS 0,20 m

The Wii has not the highest Sales ... However I think Ubisoft still made more money because of lower development costs and this might be the reason for mentioning the Wii.
