Fallen Angel brings Vivi's HP to 1 right from the start, before Vivi can even draw breath. Forsaken deals 2000-3000 damage, and it's not reflectable. Double Cast doomsday, cause dark damage to heal Vivi with a Pumice Piece AND damage Kefka for 9999 twice.

Distract lowers physical attack accuracy, so with luck, it misses.

Return magic, on Kefka, and then Double doomsday.

Vivi wins.

I love how Vivi can cast all of that and Kefka does nothing at all

Like Khuutra said, Kefka is very fast. Like I said, Havoc Wing can hit twice, and comes out very fast. You can get hit by a couple of rounds of Havoc Wing consecutive attacks.

And Vivi, even with Auto-Haste, will have a tough time keeping up with Kefka.
