Well, it was an interview with the head of MS France in the Les Echos newspaper so I have no links besides what you can find on the Internet about the article.
Anyway it really does not matter. I just wanted to know how/when adjustments are made. Everyone here seems to think I'm pressing ioi to change his data but I have no such intentions. So let's just let this thread die unless someone can actually answer the real question.
