Yea, I am also under the impression that Alan Wake is oddly too low.
However, all the hype could just be internet stuff; I haven't seen any promotion in the US on TV nor in the local Gamestop. Now it isn't looking like 1.5 million is guaranteed.
Nier got a substantial price drop this week, in less than a month. Hardware is painful to see if you don't support the PS3, and NSMB is IMO low in comparison to Wii Sports Resort. Nintendo is leaving a ~6 month gap once again in their release schedule and it is hurting them as you can see. MH3 was just a blip on the radar in terms of 3rd party support and it is really sad.
Without Capcom in the past 6 months, the Wii would literally have nothing except for Just Dance, NOTHING. XSeed is too niche to make an impact, or more like unknown.
