Outsell Galaxy 1 by 10 million? O_o That game hasn't even managed 10 million LTD, why on earth would the sequel more than double it? I hope this is a joke thread.

Thats because SMG 1 came out in 2007 when there was much fewer Wiis. SMG2 comes out during a 71 million Wii units period.

 

And SMG2 got improved in every way. Nintendo worked a lot harder on SMG2.
