Are games Nintendo announce at E3 still released a year later?

As for release schedules, for official announcements (ie not counting Zelda/Pikmin) Nintendo seems to be keeping most releases within a year of the announcement, or close at least. Some of them release much quicker though.

I still expect Zelda this year, I wouldn't be particularly suprised if it was moved into early next year, but at the moment I still think it will come in November/December.

Any idea about Golden Sun? It was announced last year...and that's...all I've really heard about it...

Well actually I don't really follow DS games much, was that announced at E3 last year?

Still, hearing nothing from Nintendo isn't a sign that the game is being canned like many other publishers.
