Ah that's fine. I like Nintendo, yes, but I'm not some blind obsessed fanboy who can only see the good parts of a company and only the bad bits of its competitors. I respect Sony as a company, and they've definitely brought good things to the industry. 
And don't worry, I wasn't thinking you were some Sony troll or anything, haha. I just wanted to point out my thoughts on the matter. Glad we agree on some things!
As for the Eyetoy thing, hum, who knows, with all the weird things that must be going on at Nintendo R&D I doubt we'll ever find out... who knows how their minds work.
