When pushed as to whether or not NATAL will actually work as advertised, Rank states: “I hope it works, yes. [laughs].”

It should be noted that Sony’s competing motion technology also performs an amount of extrapolation as to where the Move controller is at any time, especially when the glowing orb of innuendo is placed behind the player’s back. That said, we reckon it’s probably a lot easier to track a coloured ball that may drop out of line of sight for a moment compared to some drunk lunatic who gets startled by the cat, stumbles and ends up wrapped in the living room curtains.

As long as it works I say!!

Gotta love the example given in THAT article by the person.  The person CAN'T be biased against Natal, can they?

Oh wait, thesixthaxis dug it up and reports it.  NAH, that site doesn't have a system it is supporting.  By the way, how much do people actually get paid to post this stuff?  I guess a rule of thumb is: When a person doesn't own a console, and they post information in a forum related to that console, odds are it is going to be some negative stuff.

Anyhow, I think there IS a big, "I HOPE this works with Natal" now.  If it doesn't work well at all, it will be hard to see Microsoft being successful with it.

the sixthaxis actually covers Playstation and  360, and they are pretty impartial.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”
