When my friend first got Heavy Rain, his entire family watched him play. Then a few hour's in they ask "How long is this movie?".

My mum did the same thing about Fallout 3. She's into Sci-fi movies, so now she'll sit and watch my brother play it as if it was a movie.

She likes it because now she can interact with the movie by shouting "shoot him! he's going to get you!" and the character actual reacts!

Computer games are becoming more similar to movies, and i think that is a good thing. games like Heavy Rain actually let you be a part of the story, in a more original way to traditional 'linear' games.

It's not just the graphics, it's the gameplay aswell (although having freaking sweet graphics also helps)
