I don't think Capcom would siphon off RE6 to another developer - that is their surest franchise, it works for all three manufacturers.
Street Fighter or Devil May Cry or something might though.
Resident Evil 6 probably is going to be announced soon though, whether it is at E3 or elsewhere.
