Anyways we're getting off the point of the argument. You're suggesting that DS just by the fact it's portable is appeal to bigger userbase. That was your point, you didn't specify any details about what userbase or how different from PS2 userbase it is. Now you're suggesting it appeals the most to children which I find kinda countreproductive for Nintendo and contradictive to your initial claim, since if we're to follow US census results it's better to appeal to 35-45 y.o. rather than children. Those age groups are majority of US population, not kids. How could DS "appeals the most to children" and have potentially bigger audience than PS2 at the same time?

Alright it's your opinion even though it's a really invalid one at that. People aren't trying to disagree with you, they are actually stating facts. Just because YOU don't see a portable and a console the same doesn't mean the industry doesn't view both of them the same.
