Gran Turismo 5, definitely. It'll sell hundreds of thousands of consoles.
Twisted Metal, probably. The series always sells in the millions. A refresh could spur more sales also.
Agent, possibly. A new IP from Rockstar North that's billed to be the next Grand Theft Auto. Could be HUGE, may not.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII, probably not. The Final Fantasy fanbase is already on PS3 in a big way. Would do the same as Halo, Gears and Fable.
The Last Guardian, not a chance. Team Ico's games are critical hits, not commercial ones.

@ Twisted metal, the highest selling TM game is at 2.27, the rest come in at 1.2 - 1.5
Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 both sold more than the highest selling TM, and they did nothing for software. As did Fable II.

Those are numbers for games that were released years before VGChartz even existed so they are largely incomplete. Comparing sales numbers for games that we actively track week by week from release to games whose total sales are simply guestimated at isn't exactly reasonable.
