These companies make too much money for shareholders who care about themselves and very little about anyone else and I get fed up with yearly figures that X company made X million of $s in profit. If I could steal every game, CD and DVD I ever wanted off the net, I would, without any guilt at all.

You'll think differently when you have first hand experience in those industries.
As far as "people are starving out there", I don't see how stealing everything you ever wanted helps, but maybe you see a correlation.
