i can recall reading on the ps website ages ago, that exclusivity was offered to sony but they turned it down as it wouldnt have made business sence.
so i think it was always planned to be on 360 since then, the 50$million howerver was for timed exclusive of the dlc packs,
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
