Not really. RDR is 9.75!

That's only because there's going to be a bunch of gigantic RDR posters in a Gamestop near you. 

I'd peg it on "We can't give a Nintendo-exclusive game of the month! Find something else this month to like more!" And, with RDR being from a company known for "mature, edgy games", it's easy to give RDR a higher score, since it also should pander to our suckerbase more.
