3DS will probably be on the show floor it is coming out this year after all (at least in japan) definitely more likely than Announcement and video of Killzone 3, Infamous 2 and Resistance 3. I expect some third party Wii stuff, Golden Sun DS and Pokemon B & W etc stuff. Dragon quest X info may be shown as well.
Sony sounds about right but I expect some FFXIII versus
I expect Microsoft to have something really big to show that is not currently known.
