They'll never let that happen. It'd be too easy to pirate games.

True of course already is easy to do all that with the Wii so wonder why they would start worrying now haha. But I guess easiest solution is just to have an account based service like on XBL. Maybe that's what they'll have for 3DS and N6 as it would pretty much eliminate that problem.
