Wait, is that JUST for the glowing ball part, and not with the sub-controller? If so, that seems rather pricey. I'd be expecting both pieces at that price myself, but...

I know it isn't completely comparable, but assuming this is correct it's the same price as a Wiimote with the WM+ dongle. The Wiimote + WM+ + Nunchuk is $85 in Canada.

Well, $75 here for the whole kitten ($55 for Wiimote w/ WM+ attached, $20 for Nunchuk), but at least with this cost, you can play more than 99.5% of retail Wii games. 2 of these, which should assumedly play most Move games (sub-controller, I'll look at that later), would run you $120, a price significantly more in either the US or Canada. That's why I feel that it's steep for just 1 piece. And also, if this is for 1 piece, we're also left with the question of how much is the sub-controller...?

That's a reasonable point with controller compatibility (virtually all wii games work with wiimote vs. a small subset of ps3 games that will work with move). I still don't think you can say "it'll cost $120 to play this game!" without making some big assumptions. This is a seperate controller, who knows what sort of bundled packages they will have available. Some kind of starter pack/bundle with a reduced price is likely.
