Pretty much when it comes to electronics, Samsung beats Sony any day whether it be laptops, TVs, Phones, etc.

You do realize that Samsung is the virtually undisputed chief when it comes to HDTVs, right?

Professional reviews are typically something I never trust on consumer electronics. Way to easily to be paid off to give a good review.

Consumer reviews can also be questionable. If you ever look a lot of the reviews are useless fanboyism. It takes some time to find the good reviews of a product.

 

At the end of the day, yes Samsung is the #1 HDTV manufacturer in the world, but any manufacturer within the top 5 makes insanely high-quality TVs. Buying a Toshiba, Sony, Samsung, Visio, or LG really makes no difference now a days when having to worry about buying a bad product. Just stay away from the Walmart versions of theeir TVs. They are truly garbage.
