In no specific order and putting my own gaming tastes apart, the top ten best franchises would be:
- Halo
- GTA
- Super Mario
- Pokemon
- World of Warcraft
- Zelda
- Final Fantasy (despite being in decline, its a respectable franchise)
- Metal Gear
- Gran Turismo
- The Sims
All games posted above has been big hits for many years in many plaftromfs so, no CoD because that franchise has been on level with the games above only in this specific gen. Back in the PS2 era it was just another good FPS.
