Keep attacking him when he charges for destrudo, he wil say "ARGHH" after a while while he's still charging, that means destrudo wil only deal half the damage & that really shouldn't kill you.
Tht solved my problems, cus when he charged for destrudo I used to heal myself & cast buff/deuffs. But actually attacking him then with everyone was the best thing to do.
