DemoDragon ( demon/Dragon) unfortunately there is no demon type pokemon category.
Frost ( Ice/Dragon)
Thunder (Electric/Dragon)

I would suggest ghost as the closest type to demon. 

That would be Giratina which is already a legendary. I was trying to think up a new pseudo legendary Pokemon. Thanks for your suggestion.
