Hrm... no love for Batman: The Animated Series so far. 
That one is definitely my favorite cartoon series ever. Even now I find it to be so engaging and enjoyable to watch. I love the artistic style as well, with the 30's and 40's influences. Plus, the show introduced Mark Hamill as the Joker, and some actually consider him the best representation of the character. And let's not forget other characters such as Two-Face (loved his portrayal in this show) Scarecrow, The Mad Hatter, and many others.
This show made me a Batman fan.
