Sure there are SOME shitty perverted guy only games, but there would be shitty perverted girl only games if there was an audience for it. If you feel that strongly about it, there are readily available ratings for games, and you can easily read them, and avoid sexual content or explotative behaviour.

In fact, a lot of the "explotative" scenes in videogames are from real life. For example, in GTAIV, you can go to a strip club. However, in real life you can go to a strip club. If a criminal couldn't visit a strip club, the game would feel fake and censored.

I don't think you should try to censor stuff you aren't going to buy anyway, just my 2 cents. If there is an audience for it, and it's not hurting anyone, let em have it. Games aren't public domain like television or radio, and they could go much farther than they do it if weren't for the "games are for kids" stigma, which more censorship would further propogate.

I will not talk about the DOA franchise, in okami when you talking the the goddess amaterasu say some tit joke. Also in Viewtiful Joe the secraitaire almost always play with is boob. In Metal Gear Solid 4 when you're talking to girl you can move the six axis to move the breast.

(P.S. Ubisoft have said in a interview that a female protagoniste in Assassin's Creed is not out of question. Sounds cool)

You're all forgetting Alyx Vance (she kicks arse, is an intelligent and great engineer too, and all with a normal amount of clothing!)... and what about Samus Aran who's all covered up? The characters are there.
