The problem with PSP is always software. Nowadays it's hardware too, but only in america. But software sales is what it lacks. And most heavy hitters are not even first party, sony must hate this.
The abhorrent sales of 360 in japan helps that too.
But most important, the PSP competition is with DS, not 360. It should be compared to it.
