It makes sense, Sony made themselves irrelevant to Nintendo in every market they compete in. However Apple is one company with a business sense and way of operating which could challenge their dominance of gaming. Furthermore any company which challenges Apple is also by extension challenging Nintendo as they are indeed competing for many of the same markets.
