This problem only happens in game. It does not happen on the dashboard.

i triec MW2 and it is happening on there to. Its even happening on the dashboard now.

Damn that sucks dude.  I'd say RROD your 360 and then you can send it in for free (cause i'm pretty sure graphic card failures do not get fixed for free)

Dont worry bout red ringing it. Graphics card failures AKA E74 error are covered by the 3 year warranty.
